Introduction
“Kolossi Communal Council” or “we” is strongly committed to privacy issues and this privacy statement details our approach on such issues. By using this site and submitting any personal data, you agree to the use by Kolossi Communal Council of such data in accordance with this privacy statement. Data collection
As part of our value-adding customer communication processes, we may collect and process the following data about you:
a. Information about your use of our websites, including details of your visits such as pages viewed and the resources that you access. Disclosure to third parties
In order to provide the best information to you in response to your enquiries, or requests for information or in order to handle your information otherwise as described in this Privacy Statement, Kolossi Communal Council may pass your personal data to other firms within the professional network to which we belong, who may then respond directly to you.

Amendments to this Privacy Policy
We retain the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and changes shall take effect within 5 days from posting to our website, except if the law or our regulatory bodies require a swifter implementation in which case the changes shall be effective immediately.
Governing Law
With respect to any issues not expressly addressed in this Privacy Policy, the laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply, and the competent court for the settlement of any dispute which may arise in respect of this privacy policy shall be the District Court of Limassol.
